Lidded Jar with Graffiti Decoration

I've used smooth black clay to make this simple straight-sided canister with lid.  The pattern was created using the monoprint method of slips painted onto paper and then pressed onto the damp clay. 

The shiny transparent final glaze has crazed a little (the Kiln Gods are so annoying!!) so I've put a low price on all 4 of these pieces.  This is reflected in the price.

While every care is taken to pack well, the fragility of ceramics does mean that breakages can occur in transit.  For this reason, I am more than happy for you to collect in person from my studio in SW London (Southfields/Wimbledon).  Just let me know before purchase.

 

Returns are accepted but at the buyer's expense and a refund will only be made once it has arrived back in perfect condition.  I cannot refund if the item arrives broken.  Always talk to me first because if there is a problem we may be able to resolve it to save making the return.
