Asymmetric Lugged Vase

Jauntily angled, hand pinched pot with lugs.  Bright orange slip painted over torn newspaper strips makes a random abstract pattern where the slip is resisted from the speckled grey stoneware clay beneath.  Finished with a satin matt transparent glaze inside and out.

High firing ensures this piece is watertight and frost proof.

While every care is taken to pack well, the fragility of ceramics does mean that breakages can occur in transit.  For this reason, I am more than happy for you to collect in person from my studio in SW London (Southfields/Wimbledon).  Just let me know before purchase.

 

Returns are accepted but at the buyer's expense and a refund will only be made once it has arrived back in perfect condition.  I cannot refund if the item arrives broken.  Always talk to me first because if there is a problem we may be able to resolve it to save making the return.
