The Rose Bowl

Hand pinched, deep, oval bowl with undulating rim made using chunky black clay and ringed lugs.

The outside of the bowl has been daubed with hot paprika slip prior to bisque firing and then left raw and unglazed to show the rough, chunky nature of the black clay.  The lugs and the inside have been pained in hot paprika satin matt glaze.

 

Fully vitrified so it is suitable for short flower arrangements or a t-light.  

To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.

While every care is taken to pack well, the fragility of ceramics does mean that breakages can occur in transit.  For this reason, I am more than happy for you to collect in person from my studio in SW London (Southfields/Wimbledon).  Just let me know before purchase.

 

Returns are accepted but at the buyer's expense and a refund will only be made once it has arrived back in perfect condition.  I cannot refund if the item arrives broken.  Always talk to me first because if there is a problem we may be able to resolve it to save making the return.
