Collage Pot

Using a collage style of stitching pieces of textured stoneware clay together to create a highly individual piece. 

Using various texture tools to make patterns and then cut up and re-assembled in a collage style.  Using coloured slips and a matt transparent glaze on the outside and a contrasting shiny black on the inside. 

The small peep hole in the body is intentional.  Its the natural connection where two pieces of clay didn't quite meet.

It is high-fired so is suitable as a vase.
